We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Sihanoukville. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Peter and Mr. Tak at the front desk, were extremely helpful. They even helped us retrieve our lost credit card and driving license from a taxi. We received a free room upgrade with a beautiful sea view and enjoyed complimentary welcome drinks and a 15-minute massage at the spa. The hotel facilities were superb, including a great swimming pool, large gym, and a restaurant by the sea. The breakfast selection was fantastic. They also provided free transfers to the port and airport. We hope to come back one day.

Great Seaview and Relaxing Atmosphere

During my recent stay at a hotel in Sihanoukville, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing seaview and the calming atmosphere that Queenco Hotel & Casino provided. The hotel had a beachside building as well as another building across the street. I was lucky enough to be placed in the beachside building, which offered a stunning view of the sea.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from cleaning staff's walkie talkies in the morning and the fact that the rooms were located across the street, these small inconveniences were outweighed by the overall enjoyable experience.

We spent hours every day at the casino, playing all sorts of games like Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette. The slot machines were super generous, giving us lots of chances to win big! And let me tell you, the excitement of hitting the top award when our cards matched was unreal. Plus, we even won some side bets on the Jackpot list - talk about lucky! This place really knows how to provide a unique and thrilling experience.

If there's one thing I could ask for, it would be more fun activities for young party-goers. Don't get me wrong, the casino was amazing, but it would have been cool to have some more options for us teenagers who love to dance and have a good time.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our city trip. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved watching the sunset during happy hour. the hotel's location was perfect because it was right on the beach and offered stunning views.

The check-in and checkout process was quite hectic, and it seemed to take longer than necessary. the hotel was under construction during our visit, which resulted in some noise and unfinished areas.

Our suite at the Queenco Hotel & Casino was absolutely amazing! The living room was so spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The super king size bed in the bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. And the full-length windows let in so much natural sunlight, which made the room feel bright and refreshing.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the whirlpool bathtub in the second bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

The atmosphere is vibrant and exciting, with friendly staff ready to assist. The Roulette tables are particularly impressive, being one of the oldest and most famous casino games. It's a unique experience that every visitor should try.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated area or activity specifically catered to families with children.

Moreover, the location advantages are easily accessible, making it ideal for travelers.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the sauna. It was not functioning smoothly and needed maintenance.
